We require a deposit of 50% by check or by PayPal- deposit is refundable if we are notifed 30 days or more before rental or closer to the rental date if we can find other renters. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (although exceptions may be possible). We will email to you directions and an "apartment book" that has information about the apartment as well as nearby restaurants, sites of interest, day trips, etc. Amenities: CD player and stereo, barbecue, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large beautiful garden with patio overlooking 11th Century Church, insect screens, iron, hair dryer, central heating included, coffee maker. Free reliable wireless internet throughout apartment and in garden. Pool, tennis courts, restaurants, grocery stores, and family bars all walking distance. Prices: Low Season: October 1 - April 30: $650 US Dollars per week. High Season: May 1- September 30: $750 US Dollars per week $50.00 Cleaning fee per rental. NO CHARGE for utilities or heat.
